Boonlai Sor Thanikul was a technical Muay Thai fighter from Chacoengsao (ฉะเชิงเทรา), Thailand. He was an extremely clinical boxer who utilised all weapons, and who had no discernable weaknesses to his game. Boonlai beat all the top fighters of his era, winning two Lumpinee titles during the early nineties and finishing his career with approximately 300 wins from 400 fights. Boonlai's victories include wins over Superlek Sorn Esarn, Chatchai Paiseetong, Jongsanan Fairtex, Karuhat Sor Supawan, Lamnammoon Sor Sumalee, Oley Kiatoneway, Jaroensap Kiatbanchong, Chamuekpet Hapalang, Langsuan Panyuthapum, Wangchannoi Sor Palangchai, Cherry Sor Wanich, Namkabuan Nongkeepahuyuth and Somrak Sor Khamsing.
