ABC’s BJJ Single Leg

It's common knowledge that BJJ players overlook takedowns because everyone is more concerned with the ground game, but in order to compete, it's advised that the athlete score points FIRST via takedowns, sweeps, or guard passes. When pulling guard is not the best option for you or the opponent, takedowns are the fastest way to go.
