INGREDIENTS 5 lbs ( 2,27Kg ) All purpose wheat flour 2 Tbs Kosher salt 1 Tbs Granulated sugar 1 Tbs Vegetable oil ( I used Olive canola blend ) 1.5 Qt Luke warm water + extra water as needed Extra flour for dusting Extra Vegetable oil for layering and cooking
