Tilapia is one of the oldest types of fresh water fish here in Uganda and the most preferred to be eaten. In this video I share a quick, easy and delicious fish curry using fillets of tilapia. You may use any firm white fish available to you. Also make sure not to over cook the cherry tomatoes once you have added them, otherwise they will break down and the skins will come away. We don’t want that.
